Point & Shoot Contest #35 - Patterns

THEME - Patterns

Again, I aimed for a broad theme, hoping to boost the number of participants a bit (or a lot ) while trying to create an opening for creativity none the less.

The theme is about revealing a pattern or patterns, in nature, in architecture, in crowds, in cityscapes or whatever. Surprise me.
You can go for colour or B&W, just bring your vision across

THE RULES
1. Have fun!
2. No 35mm, APS, or 4/3 SLR/DSLR cameras allowed. 110 film SLRs, 35mm and smaller rangefinder/viewfindercameras are allowed. No medium or large format cameras allowed.
3. Entries will close on October 30th 2010.
4. Maximum image dimensions are 800x800 pixels.
5. List camera brand, model with entry for all to see.
6. THEME: "Patterns"
7. Max of 3 photographs per person.
8. Post processing is fine.
9. Winner will set up and judge next contest.

Looking forward for your entries, people!

Shot with Fuji Finepix F10

I had to look up the pattern definition as i usually think of fabric, shadows etc. Heres the def i found: "A pattern is a type of theme of recurring events or objects, sometimes referred to as elements of a set. These elements repeat in a predictable manner". So heres 3, i suspect there will be many more.

Great, the first entries are already in.
Thanks, ivoire for leading the way.

That is indeed what I had in mind.
Many possibilities, I believe.

So, no Single Lens Reflex or Digital Single Lens Reflex, no Medium format, no Large format

This gives me a good reason to leave the K200 behind this weekend (oh dear, I can feel a panic attack coming on!) and get out there and explore what my new G11 can really do.
