Hi, Is there anyone that can help me. I have an Optio E85 camera that is 7 months old but unfortunately I have no receipt as it was a gift. When I turn the camera on, all that happens is that the power button flashes blue 10 quick times and there is a battery indicater (red) flashes at the bottom of the screen then the camera turns off. The battery has been fully charged both by the power plug and also have tried with the usb connector. I am pretty much a novice with cameras., I would be grateful for any advice.

Have you tried cleaning the battery and contacts with a pencil eraser?

Hi, thanks for the advice, I have just tried that and it still doesnt work
