Updating Optio-X

I bought this nice tiny Optio-X some 7 years back and still with me. It was those days when there were no image stabiliser features, so that's the only drawback.
Is there some way that i could be able to update the body to have an updated firmware or any new firmware that can suit this body. I treasure this little one because of it's X shaped feature which I have never seen before or after this model.
