The NEX is performing in that photo like a low light monster, but then there is no reason that the APS-C sensor in a its body can't perform as well as in an SLR.

No i too, look at the shadow details between the two, the Q is much better also look at the bottle's edges, the Q handles the artifacts much better the details are much cleaner and not blotchy.
