Appreciate the kind comments. I like the swans very much Bart. the negative vignetting gives it a very vintage feel. ivoire the clouds in the street is interesting. Very subtle... with different levels of juxtaposition.

The fun is indeed in participating, but it's nice to think that you might have a chance of getting something. As Reiner Knizia once said, "The goal of the game is to win, but it is the goal that is important, not the winning."

I guess all that means is I'll have to do my best, so look for my pictures later in the thread. I'll try to do better than that stupid boat picture from last month.

Second entry... San Francisco this past week... Contemporary Jewish Museum on the right, St. Patrick Catholic Church on the left. Marriott in the center. I took it because I liked the juxtaposition of styles and shapes, as well as the juxtaposition of sacred and secular, not to mention the juxtaposition between the sacred. Panasonix LX-5 at 24mm...
