Moon Aliens in Motion

Thanks Bart and I'm glad you like my Moon Alien photo. There were so many interesting collectibles that were not for sale (owners private collection.) Most were of miniature boats with a few odd aliens mixed in.

Obviously, I won't judge this photo. Just have to add something. Stockton Street Tunnel, San Francisco. The colors really pretty much looked like this.

Thanks! Yeah, I have sharper shots of the gypsy from that sequence (I had the camera on continuous shooting), but none with the fire at such an early, "about to blow up everywhere" stage. These are straight out of the camera, no post processing btw.

Charles.

Some really good 'motion' shots posted so far! TBH, I haven't taken many PnS shots lately, so I'm just digging thru my old files, looking for a few pics of the girls in action. Here's a couple more with a Lumix TZ1:

That 1st one is really right on the theme, paulh!

Exactly right, Bart, good thing Woof is the judge this time, crackin' shot!

There are so many great entries, to name some that caught my eye:

Bart's Night rider
G.T's motion and emotion (love the fog)
Kyteflyer's Night train
Immunogirl's first one
Ivoire's Lit
Frission's 2nd pic, very Cartier-Bresson!
Paulh's 2nd with the girls jumping (love the avatar, too, I have two of the Kodak Brownie Hawkeye flash) ;o)
and
ChopperCharles fire gypsy, well-timed, and well-caught!

Thanks for posting!

Thanks, Ivoire. I was a bit disappointed the car was blurry... but it was a ride I enjoyed.

Provided as a sample and not to be entering the contest...

... from the same series than the 2.4S, same morning but at a different location around the track, a 996 Carrera 4S chasing a Ferrari F550 (grey) and a F430 (black), IIRC.

Many many nice entries from everyone. Glad I don't have to judge this one.

Sure does! You might reconsider entering this one instead of the colour version.
But that just me, of course
