Anyone with an RZ-18?

I'm looking around for another point and shoot, one pocketable with more than 5x zoom. I've got two of another brand that are okay, and an X-70 but....

Has anyone here picked up the RZ18? At first glance, it would seem to fit the bill.

The RZ18 is nice but this is even nicer and only 30 bucks more:
Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX9V Digital Camera (Black) DSCHX9V/B B&H

I'm considering a return to Sony for p&s, it's true as well. This would be for keeping in my desk at work, and bringing my X70 and Nik P80 bridge cameras home for good. A long-zoom p&s takes up less space. Only about 10 pics from the RZ10 are on Pbase (and all for a property listing for rent or something). None as yet there from the -18.
Was considering the Nik S9100, but too many bad reviews with focus problems. I have 3 Sony batteries on-hand from earlier experiments with the brand too. So many of their line use the same battery as several years ago to this date.

Update on this string: I purchased the Sony DSC-HX9V, and it's sitting under the Christmas tree. For my past work, I've been in spots where it would have been helpful to have had geo-logging ability into images (fatal workplace accidents) in case something came to a hearing. Now I have it.
