Nice entries, Catriona.
Shows conflict is not just limited to the human world.

Thanks, Christo. Appreciated!

Immunogirl, the second one has some serious conflict going, those ants really mean business; but in the first one I don't get the "conflict", I just see a sevensome
Just kidding, really nice photos!

2 entries for #52 Point and Shoot "Conflict"

This is going to be another exciting contest.
NeatKnight ...Excellent theme and love that we can get creative with post processing.
Patajac I love your first entry. . . beautiful conflict "Fire and Water"
altopiet you split my gut with your brilliant and outrageous photographed drawing. You inspired me to enter a spoofed photo this month. Your 2nd photo was "ouch" and I am glad you came out of it safe and in one piece. Not having to pay for damages was also a plus.
chubasco and Bart your black and whites are superb!
Immunogirl, you seem to have the most conflict I've seen so far.
Great entries by all.

Below are my 2 entries for "CONFLICT"

#1 Boy Vs Monster at Lake Monroe
Camera: Panasonic Lumix DMC ZS6

The addition of the Lock Ness monster was taken with a Panasonic Lumix model DMC-TZ5
(pd source here)

#2 Man Vs Nature
Camera: Panasonic Lumix DMC ZS6

I will post my 3rd entry when I can find more conflict in my life. :ugh:

Thanks frission, just imagine what will happen if that dinosaur suddenly become alive.
The second one is actually a thought provoking and well executed photo.

@patajac, you've got a stunning photo!

Nice start, everyone! I'm going to do what ivoire does, instead of jumping in right away. I think this time, I am going to shoot for the contest, instead of hitting the archives, so my entries won't come til late. And I'm still looking for the pentax compact that i would want to use.
As demonstrated last month by me, this can backfire in a big way.

This one cost me about $1500.00 (I don't know what the lady was thinking about when she suddenly turned in front of me @#$%^)
Oooo.....sorry, I forgot it was her fault so her insurance paid Nokia N8
Conflict? I don't see any conflict. Clearly, the two cars are cuddling.

Erik, that "cuddling" did some damage, perhaps it is a matter of "love hurts"

Kind of conflict:

I don't think it's a good pic... don't be surprised if I withdraw it in a near future.

Woah, Bucko! Who Killed Bambi?

G.T. you WON (the most conflicting photo > for me. The young buck is seldom seen on a wall. Why so young? Did a child kill this? Most are 3.5 years old when hung on a wall and the quality bucks (for hunters to be trophies) are four and a half years or above There's a story to be told here and I see the conflict and I'm curious.
