So far I'm really digg'n Ivoire's 3rd shot and Barts 2nd.

So far I have nothing... Found a great shot this morning that I had taken just recently, then I remembered that I had taken that shot with my K30.... oh well, keep looking. I may have to actually "go outside" and find a shot for this one.

Mike

Geez. Bart's showing his balls as well (although, he wraps teddy bears around his, so I'm not entirely sure what that means). Fastback67 isn't sure he actually wants to go outside...

Gorgeous Chateau G.T> - which one is it?

Ivoire, stick a kayak in the pic & I might think you're trying to compete with me!

Bart - you could be trying to influence the judge by sticking a picture of Ghent in - I've visited there a few times. I think I prefer the 2nd pic of yours the best - the whimsical wall paintings just make it.

Anton - I'm pretty sure I've taken that pic a few times Where is it?

Rbefly - very nice shot. is that a canadian goose?

WaterFowl?

Hello Ivoire and Immunogirl, thanks for the kind words.
Yes, it's a Canadian Goose, there's millions of ' em here. I thought they migrated, but they're always around. It's really fun to see them in the Spring, with their fuzzy little gooslings in tow.
Still looking for reflection @ 2 and 3!
Ron

Catriona: it is the Ermenonville castle. I have some more pics.
Bart: nice pics from Ghent (which is beautiful as well, at least as a tourist).

Thanks G.T!

Ermenonville castle seems well worth a visit.
Just out of reach for a one day round trip though.

I'm not sure it is visitable. That's a privately-owned castle, used as a conference center and luxury hotel. I googled that one: Château d'Ermenonville

Ok, I've just had a good look at the shots thus far.... geez, you guys, give a girl a chance! Excellent work all Ivoire's girl with glasses, GT's reflected castle, Anton's reflections in a stream, Bart's Ghent, rbefly's geese... all winners, IMO. Fortunately I dont have to choose Not sure what I can do for this, but you can nearly bet it will be all XZ.

I have to go back sometime without any baggage, so that I can wander about all I want. Maybe a bicycle trip.

Or I could look at the water maps and see if it's actually possible to kayak tour through Brugges & Ghent.

You might be on to something there!
There may actually be a market for that.
Any "entrepreneurs"?
