Pentax Compact Camera Post Processing Contest #7

Pentax Compact Camera Post Processing Contest #7
The Rules

1. Have Fun!

2. Use any Post Processing Software and techniques.

3. Entries will close on Januari 31, 2013.

4. Maximum image dimensions for entries are 1024x768 pixels

5. Max of 3 image entries per person. Entries may be withdrawn or changed

6. List software used, as well as your method, with your entry so we can all learn.

7. There are no limits or restrictions - make the subject image into whatever you want!
But please do not copy or alter other entries....

8. Contest winner determines the rules, selects theme, sets closing date, and judge’s next competition

I tried to find an image that you could work with.
Didn't want to make as difficult as the night shot from Paris

I think this might have some possibilities:

Jan Fabres "Searching for Utopia", on display in Nieuwpoort, Belgium.

Panasonic FX500

Since you will be working with a file from a p&s shoot camera, I thought it best to let you work on the original file. Get it here if you think it helpful.

Good luck!
Surprise me

This is a great image and i thought i'd cut the guy n his ride out using CS6 and paste them into another image i made. i used the channel mixer infrared feature to adjust the rider n creature colors to match.

Ivoire's is definitely hard to follow, but here are mine.

Cropped, took out one of the clouds, apply ink edge filter. Done in Photoshop

Cut out statue, put it into a picture of waves found online. Done in Photoshop

Cropped, blur background, desaturate picture. Done in Photoshop. (might redo this one)

Well did my best to create as much as I could with the idea I had.. wish I had some more skills but it's still fun messing around.. Couldn't resist the nod to one of my childhood heroes, Goldar.

Love this! It reminds me of the Flying Toasters, or Daleks, and this is a good thing
