Nice one, G.T.! I really like the fencing along the top of the bridge and your B & W treatment.

I see we have a couple of new images here.

I really like that last image chemtech.

I could do without that billboard on the right side of the image, but what can you do.

Nice second entry GT... it has a real retro feel to it... must be the contrast... I like it.

Unfortunately I don't have a lot of time today, so I'll keep it short.

With so many outstanding images to choose from, 3rd Place was a tough call, but I narrowed it down to three.

The 1st 3rd place slot goes to chemtech... I really love this shot, but that billboard kept it from taking the 2nd place position.

The 2nd 3rd place position goes to Sue... This shot shows good imagination and gives you a real sense of reality, it's almost alive. You can almost feel the warmth of the sun as your head lay against the glass, looking out the window.

The final 3rd place shot came from GT... I like this shot... So many possible interpritations, it lets the viewer decide.

2nd Place goes to Snake for this artistic beauty... enough said really, I feel this shot speaks for itself!

1st Place Winner and the host of our next contest... Audiobomber... This is the one shot that I would want to hang on my wall first.

Thank you very much Fastback. I was pleased with the B&W film look of this one, although I thought some photos here were more interesting. Anyway, I am very happy that you chose my entry. I'll give it a little thought and come up with a theme today.

PS I'll try to find qualification rules that don't cramp anyone's style. ;-)

Competition #64 is underway. The theme is decor, which should provide lots of room for interpretation. Note that I've made a rule change that's always made the contest more enjoyable for me; the photos must be taken in March 2013. The fun is in getting out with my little p&s and shooting. I hope this doesn't impose any unintendend hardship. I know it's more difficult for film shooters, but it should be doable.
