WG-2 cmos battery fault ?

hello,
just received new WG-2 and I have to say it is great !

However as I'm owner of previous generation ( WG-90 ) I've noticed straight away that there is something strange with this camera.

Every time I switch camera on, it keeps asking for Language and then Date, Time settings,...

This mean for me that internal cmos battery is flat.
And it is also quite annoying me, as time from power on to make a picture increases.

Do You have any idea what shall I do now?

Will need to take camera with me on ongoing holiday, but do not want to spend all the time by playing with the settings instead of shooting.

regards Brett

Make sure that you click the "Save Settings" button before exiting the time/date menu. Or else the settings do not stick.

If that doesn't help, then I would just get the camera exchanged, or return it and get a new one somewhere else.
