Hello,

I am having trouble upgrading the firmware on my A30.

I have followed the instructions exactly, but when I hold down the menu button at startup all I get is "Ver 1.0", i.e. I am not asked if I want to upgrade the firmware.

The .bin file is in the root directory on the sd card, and I can see it with no problems.

Here is what I did:
1. Copied the .bin file (filename matches instructions) to F:\ (the sd card)
2. Waited for the copy to finish, clicked unplug device, removed usb cable
3. Turned camera off
4. Holding menu, turned camera on.

Can anyone help?
