Could very well be an illustration for "having been abandoned and become dilapidated".
Great entry!

Thanks, Bart!
You've captured the theme with your entries very nicely as well.
I was curious about the interesting building with the rounded roof in your third photo. Do you happen to know what it was?

Thank you, Edith!
From the look of it, it would seem to have been constructed with already salvaged materials.

This sad window is on my garage which was built 60 years ago with no foundation, nothing more than a scratch coat for stucco which was never applied and you should see the roof! Needless to say I wouldn't put a car in it.

Nice one, Joe!

I took a gander of your other MX-1 photos on Flickr and all I can say is WOW!
Now, you've given me a bad case of CBA ----- good thing there is no funds to feed it.

Thanks Edith. I wanted a convenient carry-around camera for those days when more gear is not practical. Having the RAW capability is the key. It has its strengths and limitations but I have been quite happy with it. AS the ONLY camera related purchase I could afford this year it has been worth every penny.

Hello all!

Here's my second entry. Although not great - really - I think it's not off-topic.

Pentax Q, Pentax 02 zoom lens. House sat on stilts (flood plane), and looked unstable for years. It finally lost the battle with gravity. Captured during a photo club bicycle ride.
thanks
