MX-1 Factory Reset

Does anyone know how to do a factory reset on the MX-1? Couldn't find it in the manual or online, so far.

My lens won't retract, and I'm thinking of giving a factory reset a try.

Thanks

1. press menu buton
2. use four way controller (left-right) to select position 3 in wrench menu (picture--movie--wrench)
3. use four way controller (down) to select Reset

You can see Operating manual page 192

That's not a full, factory reset though. Did try that but it didn't work. Thanks for the reply though.
