I am Rajib, the noth east correspondent for ABP. I have purchased one Pentax Ricoh Hz15 in April 2015. after getting assurence from Mr Biswarup Mallick that I am going to get the serive help in Guwahati and there Ricoh Regional office at B Baruah Road will take care of the camera if any problem arises. Now my camera stopped connecting and charging. I went to the office but they said the do not have any connection with the camera section. What should I do now?
