on the vine ...

Image from a recent tour of a local vineyard taken with my new P&S, an Olympus TG-4. The grapes were very tart, but the wine was splendid.

Some PP with PSE 9 and Topaz Adjust.

lengthening shadows ...

January seems a long time away, but here's an image while snowshoeing at a local park this winter. Sun was beginning to set ... time for me to head home.

Taken with my Pentax MX-1 and PP with PSE 9 and Topaz B&W

new & old ...

Final submission for this contest ...

Reflection of old building on new modern structure in New York City. Taken with my old Nikon P7000, which still gets plenty of action. It may only have 10MP but it has an optical viewfinder. I know why manufacturers don't put OVF, but I miss 'em on my other P&S cameras.

You haven't missed anything, lol. Not as skanky as it was 10 years ago, but still not my fave airport.

Thanks, Bart! Will see if I can come up with another one or two...

This was taken in Birmingham, AL, where construction is going on using the little Olympus XA2 and Fuji Xtra 400 film:

and this one with my iPhone for a dermatology appointment (basal cell carcinoma) looking at an overhead covered ramp between wings at Huntsville hospital:

Glad to see the great photos being submitted, and wonderful interpretations of the theme.

Chubasco,
Laguardia is getting a completely new terminal. I just finished a project with the CM that will be building it. All the best with your health, I'm just coming out of difficulties now after several months of multiple problems.

A few hours to go! I'm traveling, but will announce a winner tomorrow!

I was thinking a face lift would be nice but a whole new terminal, wow! Thanks for the good health wishes and hope you're out of the weeds, too.
