Optio

I am currently using an Optio T10 and it has started giving trouble that it keeps sending all my pic to the trashcan. Please understand all this new stuff
can be frustrating. Not like in the beginning when you just point shoot and pray you did it right. So bear with me. Some one is sure to think " well that's simple"
I can rebuild and tune an engine, but this computer tech stuff is beyond me. So if someone could guide me to the place or help me find the answer to my dilemma.

Can you be more specific? Are the photos you take visible in the camera's playback mode? As far as I'm aware there is no trash can apart from the recycling bin on your computer, which is for deleted files that haven't been fully deleted yet.

Thanks for the inquiry Adam, yes when I press the review button they are still there. But I noticed as I snapped the pic. that the trashcan icon appeared in the
lower right corner indicating that is where it was sent. When I took the card out and inserted it into my desktop no pics appeared.

If all of your photos show up in playback mode, you should also be able to view them from the card on your computer, so the problem might be with your image viewer. But it's also possible that your camera is bugging out, in which case you should:

1. Reset the camera to default settings via the menu
2. Ensure the write-protect switch on the card is not enabled
3. Format the card in-camera (this will delete all photos on the card, so make sure they are saved on your computer)
