1. Always have fun!

2. Cameras:

3. Entries will close January 31, 2018 midnight CST.

4. Maximum image dimensions are 1024x768 (ish) pixels.

5. List camera brand and model with entry for all to see, and exposure data would be nice.

6. No restrictions on when the entries were taken.

Interesting set, kshapero. The little girl and her expression are priceless.

Cipher, I've dug up some oldies to fit your "all's Fair" theme.
These were both taken at the Kansas State Fair Carnival in 2013, with the Panasonic FZ150, (exif data seems MIA after computer rebuild)

I don't really visit fairs.
A bit too crowded for my liking.
I hope this one qualifies
There was an event with unusual small vessels

Well I guess I've misjudged the reaction to the contest. I was thinking more of images like these:

A little dash of color to a offset a dreary January?

Arrived as fair was opening. Very few people were there yet. All with Pentax Q7 and 02 lens.
Thanks for looking,

Like Bart I don't go to Fairs and/or entertainment parks and carnival parades, but I once went on a photo shoot to a local carnival wagon graveyard. It's located on an industrial site near the village Sas van Gent and it's been several years ago. Don't even know if it still exists.

And the winner is…

Barondla! You get to choose the February contest theme!

Here's one more from the fair to wrap up January's contest (all my images with a Pentax Q7) :
