Oh no..it's not a spam engine.
I don't know what country you're from but this Engadget is a gadget reviewer site that is quite popular here in US. They are competing with Gizmodo.
I think both are the biggest gadget sites nowadays with most visitors.
You can also search online in case you're not sure

I wasn't talking about the "Review" aspects of the site. I was wondering about what do they do with the email info the collect for their give away stuff. The last time I looked Florida was a state before California. I lived in SoCal for a few years.

Oh yes, Florida is beautiful. I've seen a lot of pictures from Florida but never been there yet. Maybe one day.
