Win7 & Drivers for Optio 33L?

Hi, Can anyone help,

Just upgraded to Window 7, and the first time I try to download my camara, it naturally needs a driver, when I trouble shoot, The message tells me that Pentax have no intention of issueing an updated driver!

Help, does any one know of a work around for this, or

Do I throw away my Pentax and buy a camara that does get ongoing support!

A simple $5 USB card reader would make the most sense, which is the best way to download pictures anyway.
