optio 555 and sd card

question...can you use higher than a 512 mg sd card for the optio 555 ? I'm thinking of buying a 1 or 2 GB sd card.

I'm unfamilar with this camera but the online review of it tells me that it's likely dating back to 2004/5ish. As it is it may only be compatible with SD cards not SDHC cards. SD cards have a limit of 2gb as I recall. I should think you'd be just fine with upto a 2gb SD card.

Again, I don't know if an SDHC card will work on this camera. SDHC (High-Capacity) - SD Association
