I have the chance to buy a new looking Optio E60, however I am afraid it might need serviced. Does Pentax overcharge to repair point and shoot cameras? If I could buy it for 20.00, do you think it is a good deal? It is 10.1 mp, x3 zoom.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just entered the DSLR market in August of 09. I have been reading the post here for the last month or so, along with every photo "how to" on the market. I have a K20D and about 5 lenses so far. I have noticed that on some occasions the dSLR is too big to take with us, so I am OPTING for the OPTIO. I am also raising/training 2 kids to only buy Pentax.:ugh:

I have a neighbor who owns a Canon d3, so you can only imagine...
