Rendering Format For Kx

I was just wondering, what is the best rendering format and setting for the pentax kx's 720p video? The ones I tried gives me a very lossy low quality video. Any suggestions? (Sony Vegas)

Try posting this in the video section for more video-oriented users to see and possibly opine.

What editing formats have you tried? Can you transcode it to a wmv or mov?

Quicktime works, photo - jpeg but it really gives some big files.

You can also do .h264 in mov which works best for me.
