K7 Encode video using cs4 muddy-ish

Lance C Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2009 Location: Seattle Photos: Gallery \| Albums Posts: 102	K7 Encode video using cs4 muddy-ish How do you video guys bring in your footage using cs4? If I bring it in natively as the 'avi' file my audio plays but my video is frozen. I then go to Media encoder and bring it in as a flv/f4v file. It then works but I am sure I am losing quality when doing this? How do you edit using using cs4. I am on a PC as well.
