Does quick-shift work in video mode?

I only got DAL kit lens.. so I do not know this.
I just wonder if quick-shift also work in video mode?
Can we set on AF while shoot video but still be able to manually change focus?

Yes, quick-shift is a mechanism inside the lens, camera body can't enable or disable it. Only thing it can do is to keep AF-ing and thus overriding your manual focus.
But since K-x (and I assume all newer bodies) only try to AF at the start of a video, if in the middle of recording you change focus manually using quick-shift the camera will not try to override it. You could also switch the AF/MF button in the middle of recording, which I do all the time.

Hey, I just bought 16-50 nad 50-135. They can override focus in video mode. What a surprise. This works so nice in video mode.
