Do you still use your MiniDV cams?

Just wondering, do you still use your MiniDV cams? or you now shoot video using your DSLR.

Thanks

Yes, my K20 doesn't do video and I can't afford to upgrade at the moment.

Multiple solutions. For high quality I still tape on MiniDV. This has more recently come to an end. So no, I am not using DV anymore. But I am also not using DSLR. For activities involving snow and H2O I use a Kodak Playsport. For everything else, Olympus E-PL3. The latter has C-AF and you can zoom. I never use my K-5 for video. It is the least capable of my video platforms. Even the Playsport will zoom to some degree, and there I can literally take it underwater... and do.

woof!

SD MiniDV ? No, never had one, won't get one.

But I am wanting to get a HDV cam ASA I can afford one.

I'm interested in these three models:

Sony HVR-HD1000U Digital High Definition HDV HVRHD1000U B&H

Sony HDR-FX7 3CMOS HDV 1080i Camcorder HDRFX7 B&H Photo Video

Canon XH-A1s 3CCD HDV Camcorder 3238B001 B&H Photo Video

Problem is finding one that does full 1920x1080 instead of 1440x1080. A lot of stuff you see on the Discovery Family of Networks is filmed on those first two above.
