K-5 Video Exposure Question

Well, it's been some time since joining the forums and I should post more.

I've been starting to explore the video potential of my K-5 and I am quite disappointed to find that it does not support manual controls. But does anyone know whether shutter speed is maintained at 1/30 - 1/60 @ 25fps? Because I do know that higher shutter speeds cause the flickering of lights and since ISO is not controllable, is the ISO used to maintain shutter speed?

Thanks,

The camera adjusts both parameters as needed, and I believe it tries to keep the ISO as low as possible for the best IQ.
