Adjusting K-30 focus point in video mode.

Hi sorry for being a noob on this subject. I finally figured out how to adjust the shutter speed and ISO in video using the manual exposure setting.
but for the life of me i can't figure out how to make the focal point center. it seems to select a different position each time i half press the shutter release.
Any suggestions?

Change the CDAF mode to spot in the live view menu and that should take care of it I believe.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that didn't work in video mode. However i did figure it out.
In the Live View adjustment .-> Menu / live view / contrast AF/ bottom option = center
