That makes me think, ... it's strange that LED panels are used in video shooting nowadays. The answer may be explained (briefly) here : LED can have pulse regulation or voltage regulation.

I guess that my guess was correct about the flickering problem @ 24fps, which is so logical that nobody answered .

Yes, LED's switch on and off to control brightness.
You can see this clearly with torches that have flash and dimmer modes - point them at something rotating and swap from full bright to half bright and you'll see the rotating object stutter.
As for removing it, slow the shutter speed of the camera - If you film in Aperture Priority, in bright conditions the camera will ramp up the shutter speed to compensate for over-exposure, and then the stuttering will be more visible.
In Manual, close the Iris at 1/50th, or add a Neutral Density filter if you need to keep the Iris open for artistic composition.
You can also drop the shutter speed back to 1/40th and 1/30th (at least you can on the K-01) which will add brightness and some motion smoothing.

Pulse Width Modulation. It's used to provide intermediate outputs of something that can fundamental only be on or off.
Those suggestions above are spot on. ND filters mean a slower shutter speed as the camera adjusts to maintain the correct exposure.
