Downloading video from K-3

Hello,
I've shot some short videos with my K-3 but I'm unable to download them with the still shots. Usually use Elements 12, sometimes Picasa. Has anyone else had trouble with this? Thanks

Lightroom handles mine just fine. Is there a setting in E 12 that turns videos on and off perhaps?

The videos should be on the card. Just drag and drop them manually.

One note on Lightroom - I've noticed issues with version6 (not CC,...ever) failing on import, when there are videos in the same folder as photos I'm trying to import.

I am running v6.3 Camera Raw v9.3 and videos come over from the same card in the same folder. I am not running the on line version.

I think it saves in xml format need to convert to whatever program calls for I have apple computer. I use compressor when importing into Davinci Resolve. I felt exactly as you did with that program until I got this video converter program. Compressor. If u have windows see comparable program
