Timelapse frames processing

Hi all,

I shot my first timelapse sequence in Iceland this summer. Just an experiment but the output preview looks quite good.
Now, I'm doing all my processing in LR CS5 synchronizing all images to have them consistent, but I'm not happy with LR sharpening: I usually sharpen my final images in Photoshop (as Image > Apply Image > Low Pass).
Is there a way to automate some kind of batch processing in PS with that filter? I'd then compile them PS or QT Pro for final movie.
