Any recommendations? I see prices ranging all over the place...
I use a 16GB Sandisk Extreme III 30mb/sec SDHC card and they just came out with a 32GB version. I also have a few 8GB versions and even some 2GB Sandisk Extreme III 20mb/sec SD cards that I use with my Pentax *ist DS2. If you want a low cost 16GB SDHC Class 6 card Amazon has it for about $40.

1000mm HD video !!!

This camera rocks!! I just put it on my Pentax PF80-ED with PF-CA35 K-mount adapter and turned the knob to video to shoot HD video . It was a little windy so it showed some shake but the exposure was right on. I never had so much fun with a camera.

Nice vids, Jogiba. I was wondering if turning EDR on would eliminate the blown out yellows in the 2nd vid? I have found that the only way to avoid blown out highlights when shooting buttercups is to turn EDR on. It really works on my K20D.

Thanks, looks nice, but man, one hell of a cumbersome lens.

The 1000mm setup is small compared to my 1480mm F6.3 .

Here it is with a 40mm Pentax XW eyepiece for visual use. It's 2350mm F10 and 1480mm F6.3 with Reducer/Corrector f/6.3 .

yeah
Shooting macro videos is a crazy challenge.

By the way. Today i got concerned about the SR of the K-7 - if it could do the continous stabilization, or better: How long will it take the Sensor Shift to be faulty, when shifting without a break?

I turn off SR when I mount the K-7 on a tripod and I don't think it has to work too hard with the 15mm that is my most used handheld lens with SR on in video mode.

I have had my k-7 for about a week now and I still have not shot a video footage. Part of it is that I don't know how....

I suppose I should give it a try.
