a test for a newly acquried Stabilizer

my first Stabilizer...seems easier to get used to it than I thought...result seems good...maybe can get better with more practice
camera: k5 +16mm (from 16-50) with 720p 30frame
Stabilizer: The SteadyDSLR

Cool thanks SJ - I need to win a small amount of cash to buy new toys. I would like a steady cam tools like this but know not going to convince my wife $300-$400 for more camera stuff will happen

yes..that the one I bought...
300 bucks..
This is a DIY Stabilizer we can see..
but it is ok as long as it function nicely.....

The video's very impressive for your early stabilizer attempts. It will get easier with practice, but as far as I can tell, you did an amazing job, especially going up the stairs! Have fun!

Pretty cool. May have to pick me up one of these. Looks like you had a pretty wide lens on. What FL?

thanks..guys..
I used the 16mm from 16-50
the wide angle do help smooth the movement..if I use 50mm..it would be more shake
what surprise me about the stabilizer is when I am in running mode, it still produce smooth movement as I walk..
but it is hard to handle the camera in running mode..the wind can interfere the camera
