It's just JCT trolling for hits for his forum.

The patent's probably just to piss Olympus off. Blocking patent.

God bless Tokina for bringing quality Pentax optics to 3rd party mounts.
Although some argue that the lenses are slightly different in coating or optics, I have been using Tokina for Nikon and haven't seen any major differences.

I own the Tokina 50-135, 16-50, 35 macro, and 12-24 for Nikon. I love them all. Even the 16-50 has grown on me, and can be awfully sharp stopped down.

If I had µ4/3, I'd be eager to try the new lenses.
