Nope. Some lenses could theoretically be modified to fit but it would require some serious effort and money.

Isn't that a $70 lens? (I really could be wrong).

You can buy a Sigma 70-300mm for Pentax for about $70, and sell the Canon copy for $70 too. Maybe.

For the record, you can mount a Pentax screwmount lens on a Canon FD mount camera, like the A-1 or AE-1 from the 1980s, as I've done it. There is an adapter available that mounts to the lens and allows it to seat on the Canon mount, got it from BH or Adorama, I forget who. Totally manual, of course, and the A-1 electronics really had no idea what to make of the foreign lens .... it just blinked and flashed a great deal.

I understand the same can be done with later Canon bodies, provided you have the correct adapter. But you can't go Canon lens to Pentax body, as mentioned above. Darn shame, I have a really nice 85mm FD lens I would have loved to put on my Pentax digital bodies.

you didnt specify wether its an FD or EF (EOS) mount canon, but either way its a no-go with the use of adapters because the registration distance of canon lenses are too short for the pentax Kmount.

It would be costly to modify compared to buying an original version made for Pentax. You can ebay and adapter for it. However, since the register distance is shorter on the Canon. You need to add glass to correct this. Therefore IQ will be worse. In addition, you lose auto focus, and the camera can not control the aperture. Therefore in the end you get a manual lens that has degraded image quality.
