Fuji competetor to the NEX-7?

It was bound to happen...just wondering if the Fufi form factor will be in the same vein as the X100/10?

I would say the NX is the first competitor, but this is a Japanese site, maybe they're not taking a Korean camera seriously.

Looks to me like it's more targeted at potential Leica owners, rather than NEX7. Looks interesting but I'd expect body-only to be around $2000...

At that price I would expect an aps-h sensor. The x100 comes with a great lens and it is only 1300.

Looks like fake images to me - the buttons you see in one shot don't show in another.

One of the images clearly has all of the external stuff (leatherette/buttons/switch) removed... Doesn't mean it's fake

On photorumors.com there was a bit more information. According to them it will be called Fui LX and it will have aps-c sensor. And there's talk about 2/18mm, 1.4/35mm, maybe a zoom and a 60mm lenses at launch.

I'm pretty sure Fuji is releasing this camera in late 2012. I will definitely be buying it. I've already started saving for it. The $2000 is probably about right. No interest in the zoom but the three primes sound perfect.
