Those are lovely shots, the X30 does great in your hands too! I seem to have a problem getting nice B/W shots, but I'm working on it! Looks like a squirrel nest in the top of the center shot tree....damn squirrels, they have taken over the world!
Post these over in Toy Cameras too...we need some nice action and these are very nice!
Regards!
Thanks Rupert. ....yeah those armies of Otis are in residence up here...loving the food we put out for the birds...but our dog keeps the squirrels on their toes!

Looks like you are doing very well with the x30 - beautiful pics! That camera is still on my dream list......
Thanks Stan. I really like the X30 for my carry everywhere camera. I had the X10, then the X20 and the 30 is definitely my
favorite of the three. Really like the electronc viewfinder and the tiltable screen.

Great stuff! Love the snowy stuff.

Not much from me, too wet and a stinking cold.

A couple from a trip to Falmouth the other week.

A few weeks ago, a friend of mine lent me a WCL-X100 wide conversion lens. I had a chance to take it out for a try out yesterday for the first time. I did not have a chance to look at all my files yet but from first look, I must admit the lens is pretty sharp. I'm still not used to so much "wideness" for street photography being a fan of the 35mm, but I could get used to it rapidly. Here is a shot I grabbed downtown Montreal and a 100% crop just to show how sharp the lens is. Hope you enjoy.

Unfortunately, now the lens must go back to my friend.

Hey Fuji fans,
I haven't used my X100 in months, but took it out today and went down to my timberframing shop. I kinda forgot just how superb this camera is.

Nice one, Colton. I am in the same boat - my GR has been hogging the limelight.

Pretty satisfying looking hobby there.

A new (old) acquisition. We're waiting very patiently for the flowers to come out here. I really like the way this lens renders. Very smooth and lovely colours.

Cheers for the link. Wow, those are some crazy joins. Courtesy of being a farmer's son, I can make you a 12 foot gate in 6 x 1.5" material (and the post and rail fence to go with it), but nothing like that!
