Very nice shots, Steve. Love the chimney and moon--and the family portrait. What beautiful countryside.

Thanks, we are quite lucky here in Cornwall to have a varied landscape. Rugged coast line with sandy beaches around us and rolling hills and valleys in the middle, with some nice moor the odd bit of marsh land in the middle. We do get a lot of rain though...

Cheers, Steve

Fun shots, Steve - looks like a great place to spend the day!

X10 on Christmas Day - the creek was a bit high... (xposted):

Really great shots Steve and Paul. Here's one from the other day when I was bored, looking for something to take pictures of.

Good one Steve! One for the photo album . Tina, that's quite nice as well. I plan on trying some around-the-house shots one of these days.
Today was nice enough for a quick trip to the dogpark (X10):

I didn't know anything about this - apparently not on the right mailing lists...
Sounds like fun, anyway!

Oh? i thought i might have seen you there but i went in early and there were a lot of people, i actually didn't see anyone from the last outing but they had quite a few X Photographers most from Fuji Tuesday which i've never been able to go to, they will have the new releases on hand too....Spencer Wynn i didn't get a chance to chat with ... i actually have the flu so didn't want to spread the love and left early after trying the the pro 2, 90 and 100-400.

BUT there are so many new releases this year and i need to get a DSLR system for my TT shooting...thinking of the D5 + D500 with 3 zooms...waiting to see Pentax's FF and what Canon might show but will probably go with Nikon mostly because of AF and FPS

If there are other future Fujifilm events, i'll drop you a text.

My poor X100 has spent the better part of the last 6 months sitting in my camera cabinet, as I have been shooting mostly film. Yesterday I noticed that the clouds out the window looked really cool, so I grabbed my X100 and took this photo.

Great photo. The X100 does B&W very well...

Great pics everyone.

Yesterday I got an XT10 with the 16-50 to try as a vacation camera. The current price drop finally made it possible to get my first Fuji ILC. I've had the X30 for a while and bought and sold the X100 a couple of times. I found I don't really like the 35mm focal length of the X100 series.

Hard too choose between a Fuji or an M43 camera but in the end I decided the M43 weren't that much smaller or cheaper than the XT10.

Here is a shot from around the house. I used the in-camera RAW converter to make it B&W because LR5 won't handle the RAW files. Not sure what I am going to do about that problem.
