Is anyone trying IR photography yet? I'm wondering since the EM10 works so good with IR filters, if there are any other models that work just as well. I'd love to pick up a cheap M43 camera to do a DIY hot mirror removal to have a full spectrum camera.
I'm not sure what model would be best for DIY conversion. I had an E-PL1 professional converted for IR about 4 years ago. Any m43 camera is potentially good for IR in that the focus with their sensor, which can be advantageous. The only issue I've run into with converted IR m43 camera is that it's hard to find wide angle lenses that resolve anything toward the edges.

Here's an IR shot with the Panny 14-45:

Depends on lens. I've had better luck with the Oly 12, but even that lens does not get the far edges. It may also depend on camera, conversion process, etc. I seem to remember having better luck using IR filter on lens.

Wow I have never seen stained glass window with sun rays come through it. Never thought that it is so beautiful.

Thanks. We can get that sort of light in these parts this time of year.

Here's a quick snapshot of a fading rainbow with the Oly 12:

The winter has already come to Moscow and brought its holiday spirit. Here are some photos that I´ve made on my way home with my Panasonic G7 and recently bought Olympus 25 mm F1,8 lense. I have not enought time to make a composition because it was -9 C =)

I've been out having fun with my E-M5 Mark II and E-M1. The files need a bit more PP than with APS-C, at least for me, but I always enjoy the quality and the convenience of such highly capable but relatively small cameras. Both below were shot with the classic nifty-fifty aka the Oly 25mm f1.8. I have only a few lenses but for quite a while I've felt that I don't really need any more, just one good zoom (12-40mm f2.8) and two or three primes for bokeh, low light and travel.
