I used the 17mm f2.8 Oly which I think is underrated. I sold it and got the 20mm f1.7 but I think the 17mm perspective was nice. The f1.8 version is larger which I haven't felt motivated to get.

I had the 14mm f2.5 I think but I can't recall why I sold it. Maybe it was traded by my dad when he got another m43 lens? In any case the wider perspective is nice to have. Today I use the 12-32 for wider shouts and my dad uses a 12-35.
Full frame. I think the 15 panaleica would be perfect for my use but at that price range I might as well get a used Ricoh GR II.

I gather you want something on the wide side, otherwise the Pany 25mm f1.7 has excellent IQ and the price is a steal for such a lens.

Looking up toward the skylight in the atrium of our hotel in Melbourne. The yellowish lines are balconies of the floors above. All the guests rooms open onto a balcony of this space. There's no EXIF data for lens or focal length, and because the lines are straight (= not the fish-eye) the lens used was probably a Laowa 7.5mm

I already own the Panny 25mm 1.7 which I like but I find a bit long for street photography. I do like it for portraits though.

Classic muzzle-loading cannon. I think this is a 24-pounder (?). Definitely not a field piece.

Try the 14 then. I think it will work based on what you have said. Slower however but nice enough.

Wow.. 192 pages of MFT discussion on pentaxforums. I just realised they sell Olympus Pen E-PL1 for 30€ nowadays, with a decent 14-42 kit zoom, and got myself one. About 100 shots later, I am amazed at what you get for the price. It is not big for landscape and especially not for low light, but for casual shots, also with flash, it is perfectly okay. It might even replace my GR III for family photos for the very reason of having flash. I think it will take me some time to go through this thread. Any other E-PL1 users around?

I use a Olympus OM-D 10 Mark III that I recently purchased after seeing Walter's (Presto) MK ii. I also have a Leica D-lux 7 (1" sensor). It truly does amaze me how good these small sensors are for regular sized photos, particularly in light of their price tags.

A reminder that winter is here, we are lucky to have a salmon river near us.

I like how you framed this. Most images of these wheels show the whole thing which doesn't convey the same detail.
