I'd call the Geisha portrait front-focused. The best focus is not on the eyes but on the fabric at the bottom.
Also as Falk wrote, f/8 is not the optimal aperture for maximum sharpness for this 50/1.4.
The D800 has a higher pixel pitch than the 645D which translates to 1.23 times more resolution.
Of course the 645D's sensor is larger which brings a number of advantages, including a lower enlargement factor. This means that for the same image size, the 654D still is a hair in front in terms of resolution, but when pixel peeping at 1:1, the D800 should outperform it (lenses not considered).
