XZ-2 must be on the way next month. I'm not sure if I'm keeping mine, its done me well for the last year, but there are others attracting me now and you just can't keep buying cameras and not selling any :-/ Much as I want to...

More from the archives...

There isn't anything among the current crop of advanced / high end P&S cameras that I would take over the XZ-1. The more I use it, the more I like it.

RX100 is attracting me something shocking. If not that, then maybe the next gen of XZ. And yes, theres lots to like, its a brilliant camera.

The XZ-1 has a much better lens. Look at the paper clips in the link below.

Ohhh, yes indeed. And in other areas of the testing shot too.

In the meantime I have this past weekend, also had the opportunity to attach a VF2 to my camera and the difference in quality between it, and the VF3, is like night and day. VERY impressed. its big and bright and I want one. Its also very chunky but i dont much care... I dont have to look *at* it, I just have to look through it

So if anyone sees a cheap one going someplace... let me know!

I love my XZ-1

And I am not buying any new cameras!!

Here's some stuff from a few days ago

Why on earth would I want a new camera, when the XZ-1 can do that?? These are *all* crops, by the way. Brilliant IQ in this camera.

As a K5 User, i just bought a Olympus XZ-1 Refurbished.

The main goal is to carry it with me all the time, with the K5 that's not possible, i already had a k10D stolen in the car. Realy loved the reviews and JPEG quality.

Let's see of i'm going to have the K5 for RAW and XZ-1 for JPEG
