The SB-910 might be an option too

I made the list very quick without thinking in depth about it

Currently I'm thinking about getting a used D3. It costs a little more as the D700+BG and provides the better viewfinder coverage and body.

Let me say this: I bought a D800 + 70-200 VR II

Camera will be in my hands tomorrow, lens is already in my bag
