Does the D600 have micro AF adjustment on a lens by lens basis? I've read conflicting information on that.

Thanks,
Fine tune AF adjustment supports up to 12 different lens types.

As always... haha. But i like it, its refreshing and fun and a contrast to the "MTF charts, lab measurbating, pixel peeping " review world of today

Here are a few sample images.

I spent the last four days visiting Yellowstone National Park. I passed through the Grand Teton National Park on my way there (stayed in Jackson over night). Here are a few photos taken with my new D600 and 50mm F1.8 G lens. It was very smoky most of the day, but I got a decent shot earlier in the morning.

These were converted using the Nikon software. I'm not familiar with it and it is very limiting compared to Adobe's Camera Raw, so I didn't do hardly any post processing as I usually would. I can't wait for ACR to update for the D600, these images would be much better.

As a side note, I LOVE this D600! Images at 100% are outstanding in detail and sharpness, even at 200% there is really no noise and very little loss of detail.

I'm really going to like using this camera.

Had my D600 for a week. I love this camera. As everyone else is saying, the images are crisp and sharp and the lack of noise is refreshing. I can easily do ISO 1600 with very little effect at all.

I was originally thinking I'd keep the K5 and several lenses around as my back up. I still will but I'm now thinking of selling more of my Pentax lenses than I originally had thought I would be willing to part with. More money for Nikon glass compatible with the new one.

For my needs, I can now see the advantage of FF. And the Nikon, with the battery grip, fits my hand like a glove.

It's exactly what I wish Pentax would have made.

For all you guys who have/are switching to Nikon, I have a Nikkor 70-200 VRI up for sale over on the marketplace you just may be interested in... Condition is great and so is the price!

I'm wondering how the D600 stacks up against my D700?

A few more samples. They look decent here, but at 100% they are incredible in their detail.

These are all wonderful. I was thinking of getting a D800, but now i'm re-considering.
does anyone have any issues with the 1/4000 limit? I guess the 1/200 sync speed is less of an issue since Pentax has only 1/180...
