Sony A7 vs Leica M (Type 240) ? Rendimiento - DSLR Magazine

The processor Sony seems to work with very efficient algorithms, superb control of noise and minimal loss of detail, much better than Nikon in this respect, increasing the sense of sharpness and overall contrast.

Who would have thought a general electronics company like Sony would beat two companies that each have cameras and optics in their roots and their current main and only focus?

Sony's new camera is a jewel indeed. But are they using different lenses to compare? I saw a kit 50/1.8 lens on that D800.

The A7r looks sharper than the D800E.

I'm not defending the D800E but that guy used different lenses. Why, when a the A7 can adapt to practically any lens for test against another camera. But for a noise test, okay.
