Ouch - guess I could write product descriptions after all Found this on Amazon site for Olympus m4/3 40-150mm lens:

I have that lens and the review is right on the money.

No sense to flood the regular end consumer with extra info. Tell them what it does - end of story.
Based on that I think they are right on the money.

Don't make me start quoting some brilliant eBay product descriptions.

Has a hole for light to pass through, has spinning controls that do things. Glass inside does something or another.

I'm not into lenses that claim to be variable in performance, and lenses that start at 80mm effective aren't my style for indoor use - but hey I never claimed to be a typical shooter anyway
