Hot Dogs!

My almost 17 year old Jeep at the park....still like new!

Paulh...Loved that Dog Park shot, nice shooting on that one!

Your shots were all excellent too Skank! Great looking kids you've got!

Yes, I am hoping for great things from the X30.....they need to hurry up and at least announce it! I have a feeling it is going to be a big winner!

Regards!

I hope you enjoyed your Independence day. It was my wedding anniversary yesterday.... so my not so Independence day....

Jeep looks great Rupert I an wondering what they are going to release.... TBH I don’t really need to change the X10, but I would like that little bit better video function, external mic etc.

Cheers, Steve

Nice shots of the South Devon Railway - I miss the "USA Tank" here at the Mid-Hants

Anyway, I have been using an X20 for the past month or too, here are a few shots....

Now that is a toy camera! Can't wait to see how it works for you.

Toy Camera Parade - Digital Toy Cameras - Digital Imaging

Here are a bunch of other digital toy cameras as well. I have no experience with any of them. I particularly like the looks of the camera that has a solar panel as well as a hand crank that generates power.

I spent the weekend of the Fourth camping with friends on Tug Hill on the other side of the state. It was a motorcycle trip so not much room for camera gear, just the essentials. I did bring my K5 too but got a lot of use out of the Lumix.

My campsite. I chose to camp up on the hill rather than down near the river and in the woods. There was a good breeze blowing so no skeeters or black flies. The guys down the hill got eaten alive.

My friend Marty (and our host) cooking up breakfast.

We kept the fire going all weekend. Kept the bugs down.

The kids were catching crawdads by the bucket and roasting them up.

The winter snow there is legendary but the summers are beautiful. My friends there are retired Army guys that were stationed at Ft. Drum and loved the area and bought property there. My friend has 12 acres along the Deer River in Barnes Corners which is about 15 miles west of Lowville. It started out as a hunting camp.

I won’t get it to Christmas.... I’ve had it sent to work as I am working till Christmas Eve. Though knowing me I will forget I ordered it!

Reef...Love those camping shots!

Jac....No one does better with the X10 than you do, and I know because I've seen a billion X10/X20 shots!

Shot these yesterday morning of my new baby raccoons. There are two of them, the cutest little rascals you'll ever see!

X20 with fill flash.

The X20 is not a wildlife shooter, but it is quick and handy in a pinch and gave me a chance to get a shot without gearing up my K5.

Regards!
