It's not a Canon, it's a howitzer

Anyone got some spare change lying around?

Used Canon Super Telephoto 1200mm f/5.6L EF USM 2527A001 B&H

How about this Canon lens? 5200mm f14 with an FD mount.

Canon’s 5200mm prime lens is super rare and quite massive | News | Geek.com

Yeah, there's only like 40 total.
And it's a 1200mm 5.6.

You'd have to wonder about the price of that 1200/5.6. Admittedly, the front element will be fairly large (about 200mm) but I would have thought it would be a telescope-like design, with a terrestrial inverter built in. I'd be interested to know what the construction is, and whether there's any exotic glass in it.

The front element is the main reason for the price (and scarcity). Supposedly they could only grow enough crystal for 2 per year.

I actually saw this lens on display last time I went to B&H; it's a pretty impressive-looking piece, and the $180,000 price tag was a little surreal. But you could also lease it for as little as $6,100/mo, so that's an option.

So for a 645Z a month you could have this lens in less than 2 years!

Canon shooters, being above us mortals, can handhold either of them!

with one hand, because the mount can support easily that weight and the IS can withstand the vibration without sweat
