Ahh they're too late to the party. Too bad because the Q is way better and way nicer and way better and just way nicer.

Looking at this more closely (and on a screen larger than my phone), it looks like it is just a plastic toy miniature of the X-T1 mirrorless, not a real camera.

Nice troll; I took the bait!
'shopped.

Actually it's a gift that Fuji has given to some T-1 owners who have sent their cameras in for repair. Kind of a nice gift though. I just had to post it though.

Miniature X-T1 & XF Lenses | Fuji X Forum

I resisted the urge all morning to say what it was - I think I've seen similar miniatures of other brands.

More importantly, is there a Pentax K mount adapter for it so we can use our old glass?!?

You aren't looking close enough. A miniature toy X-T1 seems much more likely than someone going to the effort of photoshopping pictures of an actual camera to make it look fake - the wrong top knobs, no grip texture, no strap-lugs, no hotshoe details, a featureless AF mode button that looks cast right into the body, and lenses with grip textures that are too deep and not-to-scale. Detailed miniature cameras aren't that unusual.

Here's a mini replica Canon, with amazing detail:
RARE 1 4 Scale Model Replica Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III Body EF 50mm F1 2 L USM Lens | eBay

And another, with a 600mm lens
Canon EOS 1Ds Mark II EF600MM 1 4L Is USM 1 5 Scale Model | eBay

and a 1/3 scale Canon with a USB drive in the lens:
1 3 Scale BJD Dollfie DSLR Camera EOS Mark USB Flash Drive 2 Lens 4GB ea 8GB | eBay

And of course the Takara Pentax toys aren't too bad:
takara pentax | eBay
